TREK: Personalities Built by Travel explores how our identities are shaped by the places we've been, drawing from the locations that have deeply influenced me. This includes Texas, where my grandparents are from; the Chicagoland area, where they ultimately settled and where I grew up. I sought to create a visual narrative of migration and transformation. The collection blends cowboy and urban aesthetics with military influences, reflecting the diverse elements of these regions and aesthetics. Each look embodies the journey of a nomad who has gathered unique traits from every place they’ve traveled. At its core, the collection celebrates the fusion of cultures, much like America itself—constantly evolving through the influences of people, places, and experiences.
